Introduction
Complete Health Partners (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an Australian healthcare holding company. We acquire and integrate practices, advise operators, run direct-to-consumer telehealth, move pharmacy logistics, run marketing for healthcare brands, and own and operate medical centres. This policy explains how we handle personal information across those activities and through this website.
We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
02
Information we collect
- Identifying information. Your name and email, and optionally your phone number and organisation, when you submit an enquiry. Name and email are required; phone and organisation are optional.
- Engagement context. The reason for your enquiry — acquisition, partnership or co-investment, advisory, or other — and the message you write, including anything you choose to share so we can respond.
- Technical information. IP address, browser, device type, submission timestamp, and aggregate usage signals collected through privacy-focused analytics.
03
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and progress a potential engagement.
- To send service or transaction communications relevant to an existing relationship.
- To improve this website and our operations.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
04
Disclosure
We disclose personal information only to:
- our service providers — including the form-delivery provider that processes website enquiries and our analytics provider (see section 05), and professional advisers bound by confidentiality;
- a party to whom you have consented to disclosure;
- a party where disclosure is required or authorised by law.
05
Overseas recipients
Some of our service providers store or process information outside Australia. Specifically, website enquiries submitted through this site are processed by a form-delivery provider (Web3Forms) located in the United States, and website analytics are provided by Plausible Analytics in the European Union.
Where we disclose personal information to an overseas recipient we remain accountable for it under APP 8, and we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
06
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No transmission over the internet is ever entirely secure; we accept that risk and work to reduce it.
07
Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the enquiry or relationship it relates to, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. When it is no longer needed, we destroy or de-identify it.
08
Data breaches
If we become aware of an eligible data breach likely to result in serious harm, we will assess it and notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) consistent with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
09
Access and correction
You may ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, or to correct it, by contacting us (see section 17). We will respond within a reasonable time, ordinarily within 30 days, and we do not charge an excessive fee for access. If we refuse a request, we will tell you why and how to seek a review.
10
Marketing and opt-out
Submitting an enquiry authorises us to contact you about that enquiry; it does not sign you up to general marketing. Any marketing electronic message we send carries a functional unsubscribe, and you can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
11
Cookies and analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, which does not set cookies and does not identify individual users. We collect aggregate data only.
12
Children
This site and our commercial services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13
Your rights
Under Australian privacy law you may:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion, subject to record-keeping obligations;
- opt out of marketing communications at any time;
- lodge a complaint about our handling of your information.
14
Complaints
If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first (see section 17) and we will respond within a reasonable time, ordinarily within 30 days. If our response is unsatisfactory, you may contact the OAIC at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
15
Availability of this policy
This policy is available free of charge on this website. We can provide a copy in an alternative format on request.
16
Updates
We may revise this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
