Complete Health Partners (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates medical centres, conducts acquisitions, runs direct-to-consumer telehealth, manages pharmacy logistics, and advises operators across Australian healthcare. This policy explains how we handle personal information across those activities.
We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
2. Information we collect
- Identifying information. Name, email, phone, role, organisation, state or territory.
- Engagement context. The nature of your enquiry, the practice or business it relates to, and information you voluntarily share so we can respond.
- Technical information. IP address, browser, device type, and aggregate usage signals collected through privacy- focused analytics.
3. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and progress a potential engagement.
- To send service or transaction communications relevant to an existing relationship.
- To improve this website and our operations.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

We share personal information only when:

We use Plausible Analytics, which does not set cookies and does not identify individual users. We collect aggregate data only.

This site and our commercial services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Some service providers we use store information outside Australia. Where that occurs we take reasonable steps to ensure equivalent protection consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
