Healthcare Consultant
Work directly with healthcare practice owners and managers to deliver operational improvements, accreditation support, and growth strategies. You will manage client engagements end to end, from initial assessment through to implementation and review.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years experience in healthcare consulting or practice management
- Strong understanding of Australian healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel to client sites across metro and regional areas
Practice Operations Analyst
Support our consulting team with data analysis, financial modelling, and operational benchmarking for healthcare clients. You will prepare reports, build business cases, and contribute to strategic recommendations that drive measurable outcomes.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years experience in data analysis, operations, or consulting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools
- Understanding of healthcare billing (MBS, PIP) is highly regarded
- Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
Compliance Specialist
Lead compliance and regulatory advisory engagements for healthcare clients across general practice, allied health, and day hospitals. You will conduct audits, develop policy frameworks, and guide practices through accreditation and licence management processes.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years experience in healthcare compliance or quality management
- Familiarity with RACGP 5th edition standards, AHPRA, and NSQHS
- Experience preparing practices for AGPAL or QIP assessments
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
